Retail Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs
Retail buyers of WindRiver products will have a variety of shipping options made available to them at checkout time. Free shipping is available for designated products or when purchase miniums are met. When met, the option to ship orders free of charge will become the default option. If free shipping is not available as a shipping option, one or more prerequisites have not been met. When shipping free of charge, WindRiver will use the most economical means available.

Buyers shipping to foreign addresses are responsible for destination taxes and tariffs.

Shipping Time
Domestic and Canadian orders should allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Shippments to foreign addresses should allow 4-8 weeks. Shipping time can vary.

Sales Tax
A 6% sales tax will be charged for purchases made by residents of Idaho.

Foreign Taxes & Tariffs
The buyer is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs imposed by a foreign country for delivery to a foreign address.
